Bet Acceptance

• Placing bets on credit using payment methods that do not genuinely belong to you or are not properly authorised for your use

54bdbet reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of the above conduct and to take any action deemed appropriate, including but not limited to: temporary suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and disclosure of relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

Either you or 54bdbet may close your player account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your 54bdbet account, please contact our support team at [email protected] with a written request. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcomes and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method. Closure or Suspension by 54bdbet

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 54bdbet will notify the account holder via email prior to applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. The applicable dormancy fee and the process for reactivating a dormant account will be communicated in that notification. Any remaining balance after deduction of applicable dormancy fees will be held for a further 12-month period, after which it may be considered forfeited if no contact has been made by the account holder.
